A few things to know before your commission
01Can I regenerate an artistic proof if I am not happy with it?
Yes. Regenerate the proof or choose another artistic style on the proof page before proceeding to 3D modelling.
02Can I preview the initial 3D model before placing an order?
Yes. You can view the initial 3D model online and check its shape and main details before placing your order.
03Can I request changes to the 3D model?
Yes. After placing your order, describe what you would like adjusted and the result you have in mind. We will match you with a specialist from our professional refinement team.
04How early should I order for a birthday or anniversary?
We recommend ordering at least 20 days ahead. Allow more time for revisions, public holidays or longer-distance delivery. If you have a specific date in mind, contact us first to confirm delivery estimates and any expedited options.
05Can I use an anime character or someone else's image?
Images must pass the proof provider's content review. We cannot accept images that infringe others' rights. You must obtain the necessary permission to use another person's likeness; by submitting your commission, you confirm that you have that permission.
